Job Description
• Participate in execution projects within
ALJUF:
- Collect & analyze data
- Create basic tools (Dashboards, Excel tools,
etc.) and presentations based on analysis
- Build relationships with internal ALJUF
customers
• Determine ROI of projects
• Further development of existing Lean
methods for ALJUF
• Follow up on project tasks with team
members and derive progress reports
• Present project results to management and
stakeholders
• Train ALJUF associates on Lean
methodologies and jointly build solutions
Skills
• Excellent Arabic and English level
• MS Office experience with emphasis on:
- Creating spread sheets, databases and
performing data analysis in Excel
- Creating thorough presentations in
PowerPoint
• Financial services* background is an
advantage
• Prior Lean exposure is an advantage
