- Implementation of risk appetite framework and the maintenance of related enterprise risk classification schemes, incorporating them into enterprise risk measurement and reporting routines to improve the consistency of risk information throughout the company
- Coordination of Risk Reporting for the Board and Board Risk Management and Credit Committee
- Creation of standardized reporting templates for all Enterprise Risks
- Creation of Enterprise wide aggregation across risk categories and coordination of efforts across all of the risk disciplines
- Establishing a framework for reporting – information request, aggregation, analyzing and reporting. Work with Business units to ensure reporting metrics, timing and processes align. Develop routines which ensure escalation of information to support various timelines (e.g. governance, regulatory reporting, disclosure reporting)
